Instead of x in function f(x) write the equation of function g(x).

[tex]f(x)=9x-2;\ g(x)=-x+3\\\\f(g(x))=9(-x+3)-2=(9)(-x)+(9)(3)-2=-9x+27-2=-9x+25[/tex]

g(x)=-x+3

in f(x), re[place x with g(x) to obtain f(g)(x))

f(g(x)=9g(x0-2

=9(-x+3)-2

-9x+27-2

F(g(x))=-9x+25
