In a bag of marbles 12% were blue 18%were green and the rest were purple if the bag has 150 marbles how many were blue or green

Answer: 12% of the blue marbles is 18 marbles and 18% of the green marbles is 22.5%

150/10 = 15 or 10% divide that by 10 to get 1.5 for 1%

15 + 3 = 18 answer for blue marbles

15 +15 - 3 = 27 = 18%
