the moon is visible in the moring because the earth turn and turn  and the moon goes slowiy and it's visible to see in moring but not at night I hope this helps.

The moon is visible really just because the sun's light reflecting off of the moon's surface. In order for the moon to be visible in the sky, it needs to be above the horizon.
