This varies from person to person. I weigh 150 pounds so I would do 150 x 50 = 7500. That means if I could lift as much as an ant I could lift 7500 pounds.

If someone weighs 90 pounds they would do 90 x 50 = 4500. That means if they could lift as much as an ant they could lift 4500 pounds.
