Potential energy: U = mgh

Given: m= 5 g (convert to kg),
m= 0.005 kg and U= 1.1 J
and g= 9.8 m/s^2

Using the equation
U = mgh

Plug in what we know:
1.1 = (0.005)(9.8)h

Solve for h:
(1.1)/(0.049) = h

Then h = 22.45 m
