Two main parameters determine the circle is the center and radius. From the point of view of similarity, the centre is not an important parameter. So we can imagine that all possible circles, we will draw from the same center. Then they will differ only by the length of the radius and all. The radius is a segment. All the segments are similar between them. What we wanted to prove.
