If Element X has 85 protons, how many electrons does it have

If element X has 85 protons, then it has 85 electrons. 
No matter what element it is, there will ALWAYS be the same amount of protons as there are electrons. 

By the way, thanks for asking this question. I just learned this yesterday, so it gave me a way to show what I learned.
