The Seven Year’s War was a war between England and France that was fought in 1754 and 1764 and 1756 to 1763.  Allies of England were Prussia and Portugal while Russia, Spain and Austria sided with France.   It was fought in various fronts in America as well as Europe and Asia.  It was considered  the first World War because of the number of countries involved in the conflict .  It ended with the signing of the Treaty of Paris between France and England on 1763.
